The iPhone 11 is experiencing an issue that can cause the screen to break. The touchscreen no longer reacts to inputs for some users. Apple has launched a free exchange program. Affected iPhone 11 models were sold through the middle of the year
As Apple further states, the problem occurs with the iPhone 11 units that were sold between November 2019 and May 2020. According to Apple, only a small number of users are affected by the problem.

The repair is carried out free of charge. To initiate it, the user must first enter the serial number of his iPhone on the service page. The repair can then be carried out at the nearest Apple Retail Store, an Apple Authorized Service Provider, or an Apple repair center. Apple advises users to back up the device in iCloud before sending the device in for repair.
