The German coronary depression continues to harden. Thousands of Germans have now been fined by the police – for standing still and talking or hugging each other. However, many are getting tired of the extreme draconian rules that are described as “idiotic” and “ridiculous”.
– The ban on standing still, which was introduced in the last week, I think is the most idiotic. What is the difference between people standing for two or ten minutes, or walking next to each other?
