macOS Big Sur 11.1 Beta 2 for Developers is here

Apple also released macOS Big Sur 11.1 for all users tonight. It is the first major update for macOS Big Sur since the first, somewhat problematic version was released. The update also brings support for the new AirPods Max.

Apple has next tonight iOS 14.3 and iPadOS 14.3 as watchOS 7.2 macOS Big Sur 11.1 also released for all users. As usual, the update can be loaded and installed in the system settings in the software update area.

Support for the new AirPods Max and bug fixes

Apple has added support for the new AirPods Max in macOS Big Sur 11.1. A new Apple TV + tab has also been added to the TV app.

You can now search by genre and the most recent search entries are displayed. Safari now also supports the search service – Ecosia as the default search engine.

And ProRAW photos can now also be added in the Photos app.
The problem that the Mac could not be partially unlocked with the Apple Watch has been fixed. A crash of the Quicktime player was also eliminated, as well as a problem that could lead to the status of the Bluetooth connection not being displayed correctly in the control center.
