Razer has now released a new mouse where the biggest news is clearly the sensor with an extremely high polling rate this time.
We are used to most gaming mice having a refresh rate of 1000Hz, but as usual when it comes to Razer, they want to take this a step further.
Viper 8K will have a polling rate of 8,000Hz, which means that the mouse sends a signal to the computer 8,000 times per second, an extremely fast response, this also reduces the input delay to one-eighth of a millisecond, in short extremely fast.
The question then is who and where you will feel the difference between 1000Hz and 8000Hz, it probably takes more than just a mouse to feel the difference but clearly interesting and maybe it will be a new standard in the future. Viper 8K is also a light mouse with a weight of only 71 grams and a sensor that can handle 20,000 DPI.
Razer Viper 8K can be ordered now if you want it via Razers website and the price tag is 89 euros.
